Service Description

Best described as a "massage" for your nervous system. Craniosacral therapy can help to reset musculoskeletal holding patterns throughout the body thus reducing or eliminating pain and tension. We use a very light and gentle touch, no more than a nickel to find areas of restriction within the soft tissue and bony structures and hold these places for a sustained period of time to allow the self-correcting nature of our bodies to realign into a more harmonius state. These sessions are done fully clothed.
